Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Drive sales performance by promoting 5 Core’s product line and identifying new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Product Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of all product categories to confidently address customer queries and provide demonstrations or presentations as needed.
- Technical Consultation: Offer pre- and post-sales support, including product recommendation, configuration, and integration assistance.
- Market Research: Analyze trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and expand market reach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences and timely delivery of solutions.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, pipeline status, and feedback, and submit performance reports to management regularly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field preferred.
- Experience in technical sales, B2B/B2C sales, or solution-based selling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to understand and convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, online communication platforms, and MS Office.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with audio, electronics, or music industry products is a plus.
