Your first Incentive is Rs 10,000/- on developing 100% System for all departments within 30 days.
Other Benefits:
Apps & other tools for your upgrades will be paid by the company.
Full payment during the training period.
Upgrading your education for the purpose of your R&R during duty hours is also counted and paid in full.

Growth:
According to our Performance Improvement Program, there will be an opportunity to increment monthly ₹500 / ₹1000 based on performance.
You will also be entitled to further minimum increments of 10% - 30% each year depending on your grasping and executing the work without any errors.
Management can do this anytime, depending on your performance (even before the time frame written above).
We shall also give you increments so that you can reach the above target within 3 years or much earlier, depending on your performance.
