Task Manager Policy

📌 Rule 1: All Tasks Must Be Assigned on the Task Manager

  • No task should be managed informally or verbally.
  • Task Manager is mandatory for assigning and tracking all tasks.
  • WhatsApp can be used—but only for reminders, not as the primary task tracker.
  • ⏰ Rule 2: Send Structured Daily Reminders

    To keep momentum strong:

  • Label reminders clearly as Reminder 1, Reminder 2, and Reminder 3.
  • Send reminders daily until the task is completed.
  • This ensures everyone stays aligned and no task slips through the cracks.
  • 🗣️ Rule 3: Communicate. Then Communicate Again.

    Effective teamwork relies on:

  • Constant communication between Assignor and Assignee
  • Regular status updates
  • Immediate clarification when stuck
  • 🚫 Rule 4: Don’t Sit Idle or Stay Silent

    If you:

  • Don’t understand the task
  • Are unsure how to proceed
  • Encounter any blockage
  • Then: Speak up immediately. Escalate to your senior or team lead. Your proactive communication is expected.

⚠️ Rule 5: No Excuses for Unfinished Tasks

    We do not accept:

  • Missed deadlines
  • Repeated delays
  • Task abandonment without escalation
  • If you cannot complete tasks efficiently or help others complete them, it indicates a lack of ability to fulfill your role. This may result in suspension or termination.
