Incentives Policy

You will be eligible to receive monthly performance-based incentives under the following conditions:


  • Team Performance: Incentives will be paid based on measurable improvements in overall team performance.
  • Target Achievement: Incentives will also be paid upon successful achievement of predefined monthly targets.
    • Please note that incentive structures and criteria may be reviewed and adjusted periodically at the discretion of management.
