Incentives Policy

  • You shall be paid achievable incentives monthly for improving Team performance.
  • You shall be paid achievable incentives monthly for meeting targets.
  • Incentives are subject to change from time to time.
  • Your first Incentive is Rs 10,000/- on developing 100% System for all departments within 30 days.
  • Other Benefits:
  • Apps & other tools for your upgrades will be paid by the company.
  • Full payment during the training period.
  • Upgrading your education for the purpose of your R&R during duty hours is also counted and paid in full.
  • Zero Deductions.
  • Growth:
  • According to our Performance Improvement Program, there will be an opportunity to increment monthly ₹500 / ₹1000 based on performance.
  • You will also be entitled to further minimum increments of 10% - 30% each year depending on your grasping and executing the work without any errors.
  • Management can do this anytime, depending on your performance (even before the time frame written above).
  • We shall also give you increments so that you can reach the above target within 3 years or much earlier, depending on your performance.
