To begin:


  • Log in using your official email and password.
  • You’ll land on the System Dashboard, where you’ll see:

    Head over to the Task Dashboard for a complete overview:


  • Total number of tasks
  • Total number of users
  • Ongoing task insights
  • Go to Task Manager → Task to dig deeper.

    On the Task page, you’ll find:


  • Pending tasks
  • Completed tasks
  • List view with filters for quick access

  • View all tasks you’ve assigned to others

  • Assignee Filter: Select a name to see tasks assigned to that person
  • Status Filter: Check the current progress of any task

  • View Details: Click the eye icon to see notes, files, and subtasks
  • Edit Task:
    • Click the pen icon
    • Modify title, deadline, or assignee
    • Click Update to save changes

    To view tasks assigned to you:


  • Go to the Assignee section
  • Filter by your name
  • To update a task’s status:

  • Click the Status button

  • Fill in the popup form:
    • Group name
    • Task title
    • Your name is auto-filled as the assignor

    • Upload files if needed
  • A 3-day deadline is set automatically
